International Tour Policy

  • Prices are subject to change during high demand periods or due to alterations in dates and schedules.
  • This package covers only land arrangements and is contingent upon the confirmation and availability of hotels, transportation, and planned sightseeing activities.
  • The package does not cover return airfare, visa fees, and travel insurance costs.
  • Daily city taxes might be applicable per person are additional and must be paid directly at the hotels upon check-in by the guests in different countries.
  • Full payment is required for the issuance of final vouchers.
  • Bookings will be considered cancelled if full payment is not made at least 15-21 days before departure as per tour.
  • An additional 18% GST is applied to service charges.
  • The package excludes meals (unless specified), alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, snacks, water, personal expenses, tips, baggage handling, laundry, room service, medical costs, any RTPCR/ Medical tests, minibar, and any other items not explicitly included.
  • For air tickets and hotel bookings made within a deadline, the full INR component is required to secure the quoted price, subject to changes.
  • By booking a customized package, the customer acknowledges the selection of components and agrees to the final price based on those selections. Any modifications by the customer will be reflected in the final pricing.
  • The quoted package price does not include special dinner charges, galas, or mandatory hotel fees during festive seasons like New Year or Christmas. Such charges will apply as per hotel policies.
  • Advertised prices are on a per-person basis, assuming double occupancy. For example, a package priced at INR 30,000 per person implies a total cost of INR 60,000 for two adults sharing a room throughout the trip.
  • Payment terms may vary based on booking advance period and inclusions. Due to dynamic pricing or peak seasons, an additional advance may be requested before final voucher issuance.
  • Prices are calculated based on the current exchange rate and are subject to adjustment in response to currency fluctuations, changes in exchange rates, fuel price increases, or airline/rail surcharges. Any such adjustments must be settled in full prior to departure. Visa cost fluctuations will also be the responsibility of the passenger.
  • Tours on a Seat In Coach Basis will depart from specified city center locations.
  • Additional charges apply for airport transfers during late-night or early morning hours.
  • The standard international hotel check-in/out times are 1500/1100 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Hotels and airlines reserve the right to cancel bookings, even after confirmation. In such cases, alternative accommodations will be arranged, but airline cancellations are subject to airline policies and conditions.
  • Once a booking is re-confirmed, any cancellations will incur a 100% cancellation fee, if departure date is less than 15 Days.
